History

I am an accomplished BSS/OSS business consultant/analist offering many years of experience of assisting clients in analyzing, implementing and evaluating business projects to meet performance expectations and to increase revenue.
In 2012 I decided to start ZuidemaConsulting.

Zuidema Consulting is a young no-nonsense company. My focus is the telecom industry and especific the Customer experience systems within it. The amount of integration of business and operational support systems (BSS/OSS) makes the difference in the customer experience.
